How We Clean Each Site Type

What offices, warehouses and medical centres actually need, how we scope and staff the work, and what you get in writing.

What Goes Wrong

Office sites live or die on consistency. The recurring problems we are called in to solve are the same ones every time: kitchens and breakout areas that are wiped rather than sanitised, workstation dust that never gets touched because it sits outside a vague scope, and visits that quietly get shortened when a cleaner is running late on another site. None of that is visible on a checklist that only lists rooms.

How We Run It

We scope the site room by room and write the scope down before quoting, so every surface is either explicitly in or explicitly out. Cleaning runs after hours by a named crew who work the same site each visit, supervised against that written scope. Colour-coded microfibre separates kitchen, bathroom and desk cloths so nothing crosses between zones. Periodic work — carpets, internal glass, high dusting — is scheduled on its own cycle rather than left to whoever has time.

What You Get In Writing

You receive the itemised scope of works, a fixed quote against it, the police clearance status of every cleaner assigned to your site, and our $20M public liability certificate on request. Cleaners are directly employed by Pro Clean Corp, not subcontracted. Agreements run month to month with 30 days notice — there is no lock-in term, so continuing with us is a decision you make each month.

Distribution Centre & Logistics Facility

What Goes Wrong

A distribution centre rarely stops, so the cleaning has to happen around live pick-and-pack work rather than instead of it. Two things make that hard. Scale: a warehouse floor cannot be covered with mops and buckets in a reasonable window. And safety: cleaners are moving through active forklift and pedestrian zones, which means the crew has to be inducted to your site rules, not just handed a key.

How We Run It

We split the work across shifts so the warehouse floor is machine-swept in the quietest window while amenities, lunchrooms and admin are done separately. Ride-on and walk-behind sweepers do the floor area; high-touch surfaces in amenities are sanitised daily. Every cleaner assigned to the site completes your site induction before their first shift and works to your traffic-management rules. External hardstand pressure washing is quoted as a separate scheduled item rather than assumed.

What You Get In Writing

You receive a written scope covering warehouse floor, amenities and admin separately, a fixed itemised quote, SWMS and site induction records for the crew, and our $20M public liability certificate on request. The same supervised crew returns each shift so they know your traffic rules. Month to month with 30 days notice.

Medical & Healthcare Greater Sydney NSW Typically 300-900 m², 6-15 consultation rooms Daily, outside consulting hours

Multi-Practitioner Medical Centre

Medical Centre CleaningInfection ControlDaily Office Cleaning

What Goes Wrong

A practice manager is accountable for infection control whether or not the cleaning contractor understands it. The risk in a medical fit-out is traffic between zones: the same cloth or mop head moving from a waiting room to a treatment room, or a cleaner who has never been shown the difference between general waste and clinical waste. General commercial cleaners are not trained for this by default.

How We Run It

Clinical and non-clinical zones are cleaned with physically separate, colour-coded equipment so nothing crosses between them. Clinical surfaces are cleaned with TGA-listed hospital-grade disinfectant used at the labelled contact time, not simply sprayed and wiped. Cleaners assigned to healthcare sites are trained in the workflow before they start, and every visit is signed off against an end-of-day checklist so the practice manager has a record of what was done and by whom.

What You Get In Writing

You receive the zone-by-zone written scope, the product list with the TGA listing for each disinfectant used, signed end-of-day checklists you can produce at audit, police clearance status for every cleaner on site, and our $20M public liability certificate on request. Fixed itemised quote, month to month, 30 days notice.
